Stretch Announces New Series of PCIe Video Capture Cards
The VCC6000 Series uses a rich Application Programmers Interface (
The VCC6416 16-channel card captures up to 16 channels of D1 resolution video at 30 frames per second. It features a high bandwidth, 4 lane PCIe interface to ensure that no frames are dropped as the captured streams are uploaded to the host system. A single S6000 family software configurable processor performs de-interlacing and preprocessing on the input video streams and runs video analytics within user-defined regions of interest. "We designed the VCC6000 Series capture cards to deliver the ultimate in video quality, with full frame rate and full resolution capture," Beachler said. "The surveillance industry is demanding better quality and real-time video. The VCC6000 Series delivers just that, and sets new performance standards for the industry."
The VCC6008 captures 8 channels of full frame rate D1 video in a 1 lane PCIe interface form factor. The same video processing capabilities and programming
Stretch Inc. is delivering a family of software configurable processors, the first to embed programmable logic within the processor. Using familiar C/C++ programming tools, system developers automatically configure Stretch’s off-the-shelf processors to achieve extraordinary performance, easy and rapid development, significant cost savings, and flexibility to address diverse markets and changing application needs.
